Is it possible to escape oxidative stress?

Hypothetically, we could, but it is necessary to emphasize the word hypothetically because we would need to: eat completely healthy, have no harmful habits, have no inflammatory diseases, sleep 7 to 8 hours a day, not be in contact with polluted environments such as big cities, not be sedentary, receive an adequate amount of solar radiation... It is paradoxical that the same things that give us life can also cause us harm, disease, and even death.
