What is your real age?

What is your real age?

One thing is chronological age, the age that appears in our documents and reflects the time passed since our birth, and another is biological age, the one shown by markers in our cells, and it is the one that influences our physical and mental health.

We have all met people whose physical appearance, their movements, their dynamism, (7 tips to empower your vitality) their interactions with their surroundings, do not match the age they claim to be. People in their 70s whom we thought were in their 50s, or the opposite, people who just turned 45, but their appearance, abilities, and behavior align with those of someone over 60.

One person…two ages.

We have a Chronological Age, which is the time that passes from the day we are born, but we also have a Biological Age, which is indicated by different biological markers that determine our physical and mental state. The levels of these markers are the result of what our diet, (What are the best antioxidant foods) presence or absence of toxic habits, sedentarism, and generally what has affected our health.

The difference between chronological age and biological age varies greatly from person to person. During childhood and adolescence, chronological and biological ages are very similar and are barely influenced by genetic factors.
As we grow and good or bad lifestyle habits emerge, the process begins in which the two ages start to diverge, in one direction or the other. With good habits like a healthy diet, proper sleep, and physical activity, biological age begins to lag behind chronological age. We will keep getting older according to the calendar, but our cells will be preserving youth. With bad habits, the opposite happens.
People whose biological age is greater than their chronological age have a higher risk of developing chronic-degenerative diseases like Alzheimer's. They will also have a lower life expectancy.

Why we age

Reaching the greatest longevity has always been a human desire. Today, there are multiple lines of research around the world working in this field. One of the most promising is the study of telomeres. (Omega 3 properties to stop aging)
are structures located at the ends of chromosomes, and their main function is to provide structural stability. Additionally, there is an enzyme called telomerase,  that helps maintain the integrity of telomeres.
For the repair of tissues and organs, a continuous process of cell division is required, but with each new division, telomeres shorten. After repeating the process hundreds of times, the length of the telomere becomes too short to allow another division, and thus the cell has reached its old age.
Under physiological conditions, cell division would be the only cause of progressive shortening of telomeres, but there are other factors that cause greater damage to telomeres and reduce telomerase levels.
Among the factors that negatively affect telomeres and telomerase are an inadequate diet, oxidative stress, (Oxidative Stress: Myth or Reality) and the presence of inflammatory mediators.

How to improve biological age

We mentioned earlier that when our biological age exceeds our chronological age, the onset of chronic degenerative diseases accelerates. Therefore, it is logical to want to reduce it, and this can be achieved, keeping in mind that some damage cannot be reversed, but it can be stopped from progressing, and on the other hand, other new issues can be prevented. That is why it is important to start as soon as possible.
Various studies have shown that  can play a fundamental role in biological age. Three properties of Omega 3(10 Omega 3 body systems organs benefits) have been identified with a beneficial effect on telomeres.
The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of Omega 3 are well documented, but research has also found that it has a direct effect on telomerase, making the enzyme work more efficiently.
All of this suggests that Omega 3 directly neutralizes factors that increase telomere shortening and enhances the enzyme that helps restore them.

Next-generation Omega 3

The studies and reports from the mentioned research were conducted with conventional Omega 3, which, as we know, is an oil and, as such, cannot dissolve in water. Through Nanotechnology(What is Nanotechnology), Omega 3 has been converted into a nanoemulsion, giving it the ability to also dissolve in water.
The various organs and tissues of our body differ in the proportion of water and fat they contain, so having a nanoemulsified Omega 3 represents a major advancement, as the antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and telomerase efficiency benefits can reach all tissues and organs without difficulty.
GranaGard® Nano Omega 3 is the good news we are talking about. Studies have shown that its potency is four times greater than conventional Omega 3, which can be explained by its higher bioavailability.

If we start developing healthy habits now, including a balanced diet, we can gradually reduce our biological age. To achieve this, we should also add Omega 3 to our diet.
Protecting our body, and even reversing some damage, is a priority. This protection should especially focus on our brain. That's why GranaGard® Nano Omega 3 is the smartest choice, as it reaches all parts of the body more effectively than conventional options.
Reclaim your years by taking GranaGard Nano Omega 3 and reduce your biological age.
