If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, www.granagardusa.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We work hard to make sure that your purchase is in your hands in the quickest amount of time. Orders should arrive within 3-5 days of placing them.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME?

It is not necessary for you to be home at the time of your purchases delivery. The driver will leave your purchase at your door or with the front office/building manager. At this time we ONLY ship to the contiguous United States and are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Unfortunately we are unable to ship purchases to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
